Tabitha (Beth) Burgess received a dual anthropology and foreign language BA from Radford University. This was followed by an MA in anthropology and from New Mexico State University. She has experience in the Great Basin, Southwest, and the Eastern Woodlands having conducted excavation, testing, and archaeological survey projects in Idaho, Oregon, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington. Her specialities include: geoarchaeology, soil geomorphology, geophysics and GIS.
