Join UPAC for the Winter Meeting!

UPAC Winter 2008 Meeting

Friday January 25-26th, 2008

Location:
Utah Division of State History
(300 South Rio Grande Street)

Salt Lake City, Utah

TWO FULL DAYS of papers, posters, symposiums, forums, and round table discussions!!


The meeting will begin January 25th at 9:00 am in the Zephyr Room, followed by a group discussion. The business meeting will follow at 1pm, and the Executive Committee will be proposing some significant bylaw changes. There will be an evening social held at the Utah Museum of Natural History (accessible by TRAX).

Papers and discussion forums will begin on Saturday morning at 9:00 am and there will be at least two separate symposiums, to be held in the Zephyr Room and West Meeting Room. A symposium/round table discussion will be scheduled for Saturday afternoon in the Zephyr Room and we will adjourn at 5pm.

Friday, January 25th

11:30 – 1:00 Lunch
1:00 – 4:30 Business Meeting (Zephyr Room)
5:00 – 6:00  Tour of repository facilities at the Utah Museum of Natural History (transportation from State History to the museum will be available)
6:00 – 8:00  Social Gathering Utah Museum of Natural History (cash bar), room 319 – Museum access is restricted and parking is limited, so if you plan to attend, please join us at 5:00 or make arrangements with Lori Hunsaker.
