Final Schedule for Winter 2011 Meeting

The final schedule for this weekend's UPAC Winter Meeting is now posted and will include:

  • The BYU Wolf Village site excavation and the SITLA Jackson Flat projects are among the paper topics scheduled to be presented.  Other topics include discussion of a Visual Impacts Assessment Method, Digitizing Clear Creek, Promotory Caves, High Altitutde Fremont Sites, and many other papers.
  • The UPAC Business Meeting will include a variety of reports and discussions on current events, such as an update on the the Blanding ARPA case (including a BLM law enforcement individual to answer questions) and recent issues associated with Nine Mile Canyon.
  • Finally, the BYU Museum of Peoples and Cultures will be hosting an open house reception on Friday evening.
