Updated SHPO Guidance

The Utah SHPO has a comprehensive document on what is required to conduct archaeological investigations in Utah. A recent update to this document flags some key changes. The biggest is combining the Architectural and Archaeology guidance into one cohesive document, and then some guidance on property types.
