2026 Annual Consultants Meeting

The 2026 Annual Consultants Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 19, 2026 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Uintah County Conference Center, Split Mountain Meeting Room No. 3, in Vernal, Utah. The agenda is still being drafted, but we've received confirmation that two representatives from Senator Mike Lee's office will discuss, and answer questions about, proposed changes to the National Historic Preservation Act. We'll also learn about any agency specific policy changes that may affect how archaeological surveys and excavations are conducted this year.
