The Utah State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) has two positions open for an intensive, 6-week summer course in archaeology. Interns will have two weeks of fieldwork, two weeks of office work, and two weeks of lab work that will give them the opportunity to try on a lot of different archaeology hats. Interns will gain and hone a variety of skills that will be useful to them upon graduation as they embark on their archaeology careers.
