The CRM Archaeologist Shortage

Please consider this recent article from E&E News. It's always nice to be needed, and to be well paid for services rendered. What a great time to be promoting anthropological archaeology as a field of study and cultural resource management as a career with a positive global impact.

I wonder how many employers on here know that SLCC has a CRM certificate program? It's specifically designed to prepare students for a position in CRM, either at an agency or a consulting firm, and only takes 2-3 semesters to complete. It should be a great way to get prospective field techs through the educational pipeline more quickly.

Thank you for reminding UPAC members of this, Tiffany. A person can get a lot of bang for their buck (and time) by earning this certificate.
