The Basics
The Winter Meeting will take place March 14 - 16 in Price, Utah! Join us at the Jennifer Leavitt Student Center for the business meeting, paper and poster sessions, and job fair.
What Do You Need to Do To Get Ready?
The conference is only open to UPAC members, so getting your membership renewed (or join for the first time!) is your first step. The UPAC bylaws stipulate that UPAC membership runs on a calendar year cycle, so you will need to join or renew in January for maximum benefit. You can renew or join online on our Membership page.
Because we're in Price, many of our members will need to make travel plans. We have compiled some necessary information on the Meeting Homepage that may be helpful.
Call for Papers
This is the first official call for papers for the 2024 Winter Meeting! This year paper submissions can be done via the meeting webpage for convenience. You will need to login and have paid 2024 membership dues to submit your abstract. If that is problematic, please email your information to theupac@gmail.com
This year we will have paper and poster sessions, and members are allowed to submit more than one abstract for consideration. The deadline is Feb 16th to make it into the program.
Looking Ahead
Still to come for this year's conference are Awards, Job Fair/Lightening Round information, and voting. Look for these in the New Year to round out your UPAC Winter Meeting experience.
